# Engineering Projects with AutoCAD Civil 3D

It is one of the most complete resources in Spanish that I have seen about Civil 3D, I have noticed this through the Forum of Cartesia and it seems to me that in addition to the Resources of AUGI It's almost enough to learn Civil 3D.

Material is based on the English manual of Civil 3D, has some exercises similar to the ones that the manual of Civil 3D brings in English, but it has been totally built by ApliCAD with a quite friendly didactic, the workflows that are in some chapters are very good to explain the whole process that takes procedures long Additionally come the files that serve to perform the exercises, just great.

18. Well, going back to the theme to customize the projection:

I was seeing that in Geographics this was easier, you just went to Tools / coordinate system / and there you selected Master, then Conic and lambert conformal conic. And from there you could modify the data just as you put it in the mail. In case of customization, you made a copy of the .g66 file and then selected "master / read ASCII g66", modified it and voila.

I don't see it that way in Bentley Map, I have made the query to support, but the only similar option I see is in: Tools / geographic / select coordinate system, then here you select “from library” and then you look in the “projected” library, North American, North American Equidistant Conic. What I don't see here is how to edit it.

I think you will have to edit the file on foot: you go to this address:

and here you look for the projection that suits, and you make a copy of it. Check, I think it could be:

24. You will need to get the locally adjusted datum data, which in conditions like that, I suppose you changed the false east and eccentricity values.
